Project Communication & Feedback

Timely communication is essential for smooth execution.

If the client fails to provide required feedback, approvals, or updates for 7 consecutive days, the project will be marked as on hold.

If the project remains inactive with no response for more than 10 days, it will be considered closed, and reactivation may require a new agreement or additional charges.
Unauthorized Changes

If any changes, modifications, or updates are made directly by the client or any third party on the project without prior discussion or approval from our team, the contract will be considered closed immediately.

Any further engagement will be treated as a new project or change request, and fresh commercials will apply.
Cancellation

Once the project has been initiated and work has started, no cancellation requests will be accepted.

If the client wishes to discontinue services midway, the full agreed project amount still applies and must be cleared before closing the engagement.
Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once payment (partial or full) has been made and resources are allocated.

All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Scope & Additional Work

The quoted price and timeline are based strictly on the initial agreed scope of work.

Any additional features, revisions beyond the agreed limit, or new requests will be treated as extra scope and billed separately at our standard hourly rate.

Scope creep without commercial approval will not be accommodated.
