Check Out Policy

1.  Check-Out Time

Guests are required to check out by 10:00 AM on the scheduled departure date. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Key Return

Guests must return all keys, access cards, and any provided electronic devices (if applicable) to the host or representative or designated drop-off location at the time of check-out. Failure to return these items may result in replacement charges.

3. Settlement of Outstanding Charges

Prior to check-out, guests are responsible for settling any outstanding charges, fees, or expenses incurred during their stay.

4. Inspection of the Apartment

A representative from the Native Homes serviced apartment management may conduct a brief inspection of the apartment to assess for damages or missing items. Any discrepancies will be documented and discussed with the guest.

5.  Late Check-Out Requests

Late check-out requests should be made in advance and are subject to availability. An additional fee may apply for late check-out beyond the standard departure time.

6. Guest Feedback

We value your feedback. Guests are encouraged to share their thoughts and suggestions about their stay with us. Feedback forms can be submitted online.

7. Lost and Found

Any items left behind by guests will be held for a limited period. Guests should contact the Native Homes representative of serviced apartment management promptly to inquire about and retrieve any lost items.

8. Settlement of Security Deposit

If a security deposit was collected during check-in, it will be refunded within [7-9] business days of check-out, after deducting any applicable charges for damages or outstanding fees.
